Book your library access
- For bookings as UniTO users, the use of the institutional email is required. In most libraries there are also stations for non-UniTO users. Finally, it is also possible to contact the library directly.
- When booking, it is possible to choose the day, time and length of stay in the library.
- You will receive an email to confirm your booking, which must be done within 2 hours. This procedure is only necessary for your first access: by clicking on "Remember me", the system will no longer ask for confirmations in the future. In the same email there is a "Cancel my reservation" button: in case you are unable to come to the library, we recommend that you cancel your reservation, thus leaving the possibility for other users to use the place.
Reservations are individual and must be made by the person occupying the workstation.
Random monitoring will be carried out in order to verify bookings.
IMPORTANT! As soon as you enter the library, you have to confirm your presence by framing the QR-code displayed at the entrance (using the Affluences App or Qr-code reader) and/or addressing the staff at the counter. Validation have to take place within 1 hour of the start of the booked shift, otherwise the booking is automatically cancelled.
IMPORTANT! It is not possible to stay in the library beyond the chosen time. To stay any longer, you have to make another reservation.
