- Presentation of the results of User Satisfaction Survey on UniTo library services. The survey was conducted from November 2010 to January 2011 by the Service and Evaluation/Measurement project groups of the University of Turin Library System.
- Presentation of the results of the project “Laboratory for Libraries”. Started within the national project named Good Practice 2009, it aimed at building a comprehensive experimental model to analyze in different Universities the activities of both the library services and the Library System’s management and organization; measuring and comparing the performance of the said services; defining best practices and, finally, determining the ways in which the said best practices could be adopted in our University.
